International Housing Program

The International Programs Office at Texas A&M University works with a local apartment complex to offer short-term leases to international visitors. A lease must be signed by the international visitor. The available apartments are two bedroom/two bath and one bedroom/one bathroom, 924-square-feet/536-square - feet and are fully furnished, including washer and dryer. The apartments are on the Texas A&M University bus route. A public swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center are accessible on site. Tenants can rent the full 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment for $1200 (USD) per calander month, or half the apartment for $650 (USD) per month if they are willing to be assigned a roommate by the International Programs Office. The tenants can also rent one bedroom/one bathroom for $950.00 per calendar month. All apartments will include a $100 (USD) security/damage deposit, $75 cleaning fee, and the first month’s rent will be due from all tenants at move in.
